Introduction - Problems and Function
Once we have been introduced over the phone or by email, we will offer to conduct a site visit at your convenience. During this time our design team will meet with you and discuss the problems with the existing landscape in addition to your expectations for the renovated space. We will discuss some potential ideas with you and help you formulate an appropriate budget for the various elements for which you may be interested in incorporating. At this time, we will also present you with a design proposal detailing our involvement in the project.
Concept Phase - Conceptual Layouts
The first design ideas that our clients will see will be hand drawn to scale and meant to convey a general layout of the proposed space. Once you love the general concept we will further refine the idea with your feedback - utilizing our design expertise along with your preferences/input to set the tone for the duration of the process.
3D Discovery Phase - Modeling and Animation
Viewing your space in a three dimensional environment with the feedback you provided initially, we will now present to you the ideas we built upon from the concept. Textures will look realistic, plants alive and shadows accurate. This design presentation will see the two dimensional concept leap off the page. We deploy an unrivaled collection of Software to bring the visualization to the next level. Designs are modeled, then rendered and finally touched up in photo editing software to get it as close to real as possible. It’s important to note that we will also be making sure to include the exiting rooflines of your home, window and door locations and architectural details that are unique to your home. Plan to see 12-18 images of of the design in daytime as well as after the sun sets. Seeing the space during different times of the day will help you to understand what the final construction will present as with proper execution.
Build it…
CAD Drawings / PID’s
Once we have a final concept, we will prepare construction plans. These are 2D schematics that will allow our firm to obtain any permits needed for construction. Our team uses these documents when estimating the cost of construction for your project.
Physical Construction
Finally is it time to build - with a detailed plan we are so much closer to your oasis. Our crews will now coordinate to bring the space to life in the most cost effective and efficient way possible with an emphasis on not disturbing you while the project is built.
